What happens next...
As soon as an initial enquiry or notification is received by Duddingston Coachworks Limited the customer and vehicle details will be logged into our management system which will time and date the enquiry, we will then set up an appointment to meet and discuss your enquiry with one of our dedicated estimators who will help and guide you through the process, the estimate produced will be carried out using the latest industry recognised computerised estimating system (AUDATEX).
Once approved a fully detailed repair order will be passed to our parts department to order any parts that may be required. All repair work will be carried out exactly as per the fully detailed repair order with the technicians signing of the quality control document. As the job progresses through the workshop, to ensure quality the workshop controller will also sign off the quality control document.
On completion of the work the vehicle will be washed and vacuumed prior to having its final quality control check carried out and signed off by the workshop controller. The customer will then be informed that the vehicle is now ready for collection. On arrival the estimator will escort the customer to the vehicle explain the work carried and ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
